Driveway base spec
For driveways we increase the base depth and use heavier-gauge edge restraints. Vehicles flex pavers far more than feet do — undersized bases fail.
- 10–12" of compacted CA-6 limestone
- Geotextile fabric in soft soil conditions
- Steel or concrete edge restraints
- Proper grade for water shed
